She began her career in national multi-family acquisitions and property rehabs, eventually shifting her focus to land acquisition and new construction—particularly in single-family residential development. It was in this space that Emily discovered her true passion.

For over 40 years, Steve Feller has been building custom homes, leading residential developments, and managing multi-family construction projects across Colorado and Long Island, New York. His extensive experience spans everything from home renovations to large-scale housing developments.
Steve is an ICC (International Code Council) licensed building contractor with a deep commitment to quality craftsmanship and community. His dedication is evident—not only in the homes he builds but in the fact that he lives in one of the very neighborhoods he developed, a 32-home subdivision.
